WELCOME to the 2025 Walworth County Fair OPEN CLASS online exhibitor registration portal.
BEFORE beginning the registration process, please visit walworthcountyfairgrounds.com to read the current Premium Book containing all rules and regulations, as well as exhibit class entries. It is FREE online. Next, prepare a draft on paper of your entries.
PLEASE follow the step-by-step registration process, numbered 1-7.
NOTE that sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity. “SAVE THE CART” if you plan on leaving the computer for more than 20 minutes.

#1 – REGISTER
Register as a NEW exhibitor for 2025. Fill out all required fields. Names and other information will appear exactly as you type them.
Open Class livestock exhibitors MUST enter a Premise ID number at this time. You will be able to add and review your entries with this information.
NOTE that ALL exhibitors will automatically be charged a $35 Open Class Exhibitor registration fee. If you are a valid Lifetime Member or Non-Livestock Open Class Youth in limited specific class entries, see “Additional Fees” section for fee adjustments.
PLEASE write down your PASSWORD for future reference.
#2 – ENTRIES
Create entries by selecting the desired Department/Division/Class. Enter all entries by clicking “CONTINUE.”
#3 – REVIEW
If you entered a class in error, click the red “X” that appears at the end of each entry to remove that item.
If a change is needed, you can select the pencil edit tool to correct an entry.
#4 – ADDITIONAL FEES
Select what applies to you, including livestock details. NEW – ALL livestock exhibitors, regardless of age and/or Junior club/chapter affiliation, must pay for an Open Class exhibitor registration ($35). If a Junior Class livestock entry is re-entered in Open Class, please indicate. If your 2025 season pass was previously purchased, please contact Jean or Kelly at the fair office at 262-723-3228 during office hours.
#5 – CHECK OUT
PAYMENT by credit card.
#6 – CONFIRM
READ the terms and conditions and type “YES” that you agree to and accept all rules. CLICK the SUBMIT button.
#7 - FINISH
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Immediately PRINT or SAVE your receipt. Please check your email for receipt, including junk/spam folder.
NEW! Exhibitor packets will be distributed at the FAIR OFFICE after August 13, 2025. Visit the Fair website and/or Facebook page for details on distribution dates and times.
The Walworth County Agricultural Society Board and/or their designees have final approval authority of all exhibitors, entries, and fees. Exhibitors shall have all fees PAID IN FULL prior to the start of department check-in/drop-off or by August 26, 2025; whichever occurs first in order to show or entry(ies) will be disqualified.
