WELCOME to the 2024 Walworth County Fair OPEN CLASS online exhibitor registration website.
Before beginning the registration process, please visit www.walworthcountyfairgrounds.com to read the current 2024 Premium Book for all Walworth County Fair Rules & Regulations, as well as individual Open Class Department rules. The 2024 Walworth County Fair Premium Book is FREE online.
DEADLINE for Open Class exhibitor registration ONLINE is FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2024 by 11:59 PM CST.

Before you enter online, we recommend that you prepare a hard copy rough draft of your entries.
Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, so “Save the Cart” if you plan on leaving the machine for more than 20 minutes. Your entry will NOT be saved if your inactivity time reaches 20 minutes. To avoid this please SAVE OFTEN! Please note when the “save this cart for later” button is clicked, you have NOT entered your fair entries. You must complete ALL steps.
Bold fields with blue stars are “required” informational fields.
To get started Click “Register” (see above, left).
REGISTER:
Register as a “NEW” exhibitor.
Fill out all required fields.
Names and other information will appear exactly as you type them.
Open Class Livestock Exhibitors MUST enter a Premise ID number at this time.
You will be able to add and review your entries with this information.
ENTRIES:
NOTE! ALL Open Class Exhibitors must select 000 “Open Class Exhibitors – ALL MUST COMPLETE!” to select the Open Class Exhibitor type. If you are NOT a lifetime member, you must select either the $30 regular Open Class Exhibitor season pass or the Junior Open Class (for specific Junior Fine Arts, Photography, Woodworking, Foods) season pass options. If you miss this step, exhibitor season passes are also listed in the "Additional Fees" section. If you are a Walworth County Agricultural Society Lifetime Member, select that.
Create Entries by selecting the desired Department, Division, and Class.
Enter all entries before clicking continue.
REVIEW:
If you entered a class in error, click the red “X” that appears at the end of each entry to remove that item.
If a change is needed, you can select the pencil edit tool to correct an entry.
When satisfied with your entries you may check out. Please note that once you check out, you will not be able to change or add any entries during this session.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Select any additional items, including non-exhibitor 6-day season passes, if desired.
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS: MUST complete Additional Items page for fees and animal count to the Fair.
Are you a current 4-H/FFA livestock exhibitor? You must purchase an Open Class Exhibitor season pass. You must complete the # of 4-H/FFA Livestock Entries Re-Entered in Open Class.
CHECK OUT:
Payment by credit card for online registration.
CONFIRM:
Please read the terms and conditions and type “YES” that you agree to and accept all rules.
Click the “Submit” button.
FINISH:
Please verify your email address.
IMPORTANT – PRINT YOUR RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY!
Please check your email for receipt, be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you do not see an email from the Walworth County Fair, subject ShoWorks Online Entries Receipt, please contact the Fair Office at (262) 723-3228.
Your exhibitor packet will be mailed.
Open Class Entry Corrections Rule: Using your printed online entry receipt, YOU, the exhibitor, must verify the accuracy of your exhibit entries. YOU must contact the Fair Office by phone (262) 723-3228 (NOT by email) by TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST. Absolutely NO corrections will be accepted or made after TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST.
The Walworth County Fair Office has final approval authority of all entries and fees. Exhibitors must have all fees paid in full by August 28, 2024, 7:59 AM CST, in order to show or entry(ies) will be disqualified.
